Thank you for revealing. I’m for the the same situation (great credit, dominant try under $28k, a great earnings) and you can as if you was not acquiring the greatest said costs and you can occasionally was not most intimate. 25% significantly more than their utmost stated price.
At this point in time I am going to waiting to the refinancing up to second Spring. I am able to continue and then make twice costs back at my mortgage before this.
